encourage maximum muscular strength and coordination. The POWERFIT program demands the application of resistance,
in a variety of body positions and through a full range of possible movements, with dynamic stretching to enhance
and maintain flexibility. Powerfit Trainers strive to help their clients achieve a balance of the 3 key fitness
components, which are strength, conditioning and performance.
POWERFIT is also unique in its ability to train all three energy systems simultaneously, producing a synergistic
workout that is highly effective and, thereby, promoting increased cardiovascular efficiency. |
