PIT versus Big Box Gym
Well, so many people get lost at a gym. They pay their membership fee expecting to get good results, and then we find that they do the same routine day in and day out. Many people are told that you should be doing more cardio, more cardio, and starving yourself. So many, many Americans do that, they just hop on the treadmill for hours on end. They don’t really know what to eat, so they’re mal-nourishing their bodies, and at the end of the day, they’re not getting results whatsoever.
Our approach is completely different (PIT). We try to keep things simple. We use resistance training as our format, and we’re going to teach people how to eat whole foods and nourishing their bodies the right way. And lo and behold, you’ll lose weight, you’ll get fit, and you’ll feel great.
