All the trainers are certified, which means they’re really educated and they know what they’re doing. Also, they’re not robots, so they’re going to develop a relationship with you and make sure that we’re taking you through movements that are going to be safe for you specifically. For instance, if you have something going on with your upper body, we may choose to do more core or more lower body. We’re still going to keep you engaged and feel successful and make sure you have a great training session, but we’re going to work around the areas until those areas start to heal up.
