GPT is a carefully integrated blend of strength, performance and conditioning exercises, set within a dynamic movement based training system. Scientifically based programming and a true understanding of human movement dictate unique and exciting training programs that keep clients excited and motivated. Every month is a completely new training experience.
       
  Quick rotation between GPT training stations and the variety of training techniques and equipment stimulate incredible metabolic changes that will get you lean and strong while also boosting your overall performance to higher athletic levels.
