specifically for the busy professional who has been looking for a complement to, or a replacement for, individual
private training.
GPT is a carefully integrated blend of strength, performance and conditioning exercises, set within a dynamic movement
based training system. Scientifically based programming and a true understanding of human movement dictate unique
and exciting training programs that keep clients excited and motivated. Every month is a completely new training
