What exercises do you favor most? I enjoy functional movements like squats and deadlifts.
What is your specialty? I am the only bilingual trainer at Powerfit!
How do your clients describe you? Fun, encouraging, and someone who genuinely cares about his clients in and out of the gym.
What physical activity do you like to do outside Powerfit? I enjoy playing indoor soccer.
If you could only do one exercise, what would it be and why? Turkish get ups, it hits almost the entire body.
Why did you become a personal trainer? To help others build up their self-esteem and to help them achieve lifelong fitness goals.
Describe how you changed a client’s life through fitness. One of my clients has lost over 100 pounds in 2 years. None of this could have been possible without his consistency with his workouts and nutrition. With the weight loss we’ve prevented diabetes and made it easier to age gracefully.
What is your exercise background? I played soccer my entire childhood through high school and then got into Powerlifting and Crossfit.
What is your ideal client? Someone who is genuinely ready to commit to beginning their fitness journey. They have a flexible schedule and come in with a positive attitude
