Here at Powerfit we understand that Living With Power means helping those around us to live with power as well. Putting that into practice means we're often found helping our neighbors around town whether its through an outreach program, non-profit participation, or an educational day.
Keep a lookout for Powerfit throughout your community, we're sure it won't take long for you to spot us.
Putting the Roc in Action
One of our favorite examples of people living with power is Roc Hutchinson. You've probably seen him on the corner of Old Redwood Highway and Rohnert Park Expressway spinning a sign and smiling the whole time. We were very proud to add our contribution to the success of Ms. Sonoma County, Sara Choi! Here is an excerpt from the article in the Community Voice.
"All of my lifestyle and swimsuit competition training has being provided by Cotati’s Powerfit Personal Training where getting my body into shape has been the ultimate community service project! Working out this rigorously and continuously with constant supervision has been a life-defining and life-changing experience. Being extremely serious about becoming the next Miss California, I would not trust my body and workout regime to just anybody. Powerfit Personal Training has given me the kick in the (well-toned) butt that I needed, and, I have never been happier to be so sore."

Active 20-30 Club
Some of our members are current members in the Active 20-30 Club of the North Bay #656. This not-for-profit organization exists for the sole purpose of raising money to improve the lives of children in our community. Their fundraisers are legendary in Rohnert Park as is their generosity. If you're between the ages of 20 and 39 and would like to help your community, we highly recommend you check out this fantastic organization.
